Experience of Real Estate Industry in Corporate Finance, Fund Raising, Debt Syndicate with good contacts in Delhi/NCR is mandatory. 2. Strong Modeling skills, significant business development experience and network. 3. Extraordinary business and people management skills with the ability to identify opportunities. 4. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. 5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with a client team &amp; client individuals. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and deliver effective presentations. 7. Strong competency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Special Attributes&nbsp; : - Relationship Driven - High Integrity Good influencing skills - Self-Motivated Process Orientation Disciplined Leadership -&nbsp; Key Performance Areas - Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling and the marketing strategies. Business plan development and analysis - Preparation of financial models and marketing materials like Information Memorandums, Teasers etc. - Thorough understanding of financial accounting, including the inter-relationship between the key financial statements (profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement) - Should be able to build an integrated financial model from scratch and be confident about auditing or amending working models (including an ability to fix circular references) Familiar with standardized financial metrics. - Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of corporate finance and valuation techniques
