- Analysing financial statements of stressed companies and preparing financial projections

- Preparation of information memorandum/teasers for investors

- Undertaking due-diligence of NPL Cases

- Interacting with Financial & Strategic Investors with investment proposals

- Preparation and Presentation of investment proposals to investors

- Resolving Investors queries & requirements

- Experience in Due diligence .

- Must have good knowledge of Debt restructuring, Resolution, Recovery.

- Having adequate knowledge of DRT Act, SARFAESI Act, IBC 2016 other relevant law pertaining to Banking and financial institutions

- Drafting and vetting of various documents related to Assignment of Loans, legal and statutory notices related to SARFAESI Act 2002

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance / CFA with minimum 1-2 years work-experience
