Hiring for Acquisition - Legal for ARC

Location: Dadar West, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analysing accounts through Preliminary Information Memorandums (PIMs) received from banks and other lenders to sell their NPA accounts and conducting financial and legal due diligence of the shortlisted accounts.

- Preparation of required notes and documents for approval from competent authority.

- Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines by RBI.

- Preparing and Executing transaction documents such as Offer Document, Assignment Agreement, Investment Proposals for the accounts to be acquired.

Requirement & Skills: The candidate may be from a Legal / MBA background with sound knowledge and having working experience of 1-2 years in the industry. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
