Acquisition Manager - Asset Reconstruction - BFS

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Relationship Management with the Banks/FIs and generate the deals as per company's criteria for acquisition

- Benefit from relationship to generate desired information for account evaluation, use experience and market connects to estimate expected resolution prospects.

- Ensure the acquisition process is run on a timely basis

- Supervising and owning Legal, financial and real estate due diligence.

- Enable and ensure all India vendor partner availability for due diligence

- Apply sector/industry specific knowledge and build expertise on identified sectors

- Preparing the acquisition proposals for the accounts shortlisted for requisite approvals.

- Vendor partner management and P&L management

Education : CA, CWA, MBA (or equivalent education)

Experience : 5-8 years of experience in ARC/Banking/NBFCs

Technical Skills :

- Knowledge of loan agreements, security documents, property documents, financial statements, valuations etc.

- Understanding of recovery aspects of recovery

- Proficiency of financial statement analysis.

Other Skills :

- A self-starter and self-motivated individual with ability to effectively manage diverse projects, multitask, provide consistent results.

- Strong Communication (Written and Verbal)
