- The person must have experience in end to end business development role like from:

i. Identifying land parcel- evaluating the deal- negotiating the deal closing the deal,etc.

ii. Must have both financial understanding and land deal closing experience.

iii. Can look at real estate developers or NDFC's focus on real estate,etc. Also client prefers someone from NBFC or financial firms.

iv. Please ensure a person comes from good firms and has polished communication skills.

v. The primary focus of this new position is to evaluate and assess potential real estate acquisitions, divestitures and development and re-development maximizing profitability for the company.

vi, The incumbent will research, evaluate and analyze and information that will lead to optimal decision making for acquisitions & development

vii. Contribute to the development of long term growth strategy.

viii. Analysis of changing economy, key markets, competitor information, technological change and customer trend analysis for business

ix. Evaluating new business opportunities for the company.

x, Managing land procurement / property sales through negotiations with the Land owner/broker.
