Span of control - 15-20 RMs Reporting to: Business Head - Director Domain : Secondary Market - PMS Salary - Fixed Salary upto 30 Lakhs per annum + Incentives - Strategic Leadership capabilities to plan,execute, lead a large team - To build a PAN India Sales Acquisition Team of Tele/ Digital RMs - Develop work from home model, reporting and process guidelines - Hire, Train and Develop a team of RMs who can acquire HNI / UHNI Clients on Phone - Database management and lead allotment - P/L responsibility for the project - Co-ordinating with product, compliance, service and sales team to ensure any customer issues are resolved - To ensure all team is upgraded with knowledge required and certified as per SEBI/Organization requirements - Minimum 12+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Acquisition profile in bank or NBFC wealth management / PMS Sales platform - Leadership experience of min 7+ years leading a team of 10 - 15+ Sales team Education : MBA, CA, CFA, ICWA
