The following are the details of the opening.

Position : Manager-Acquisition Channel

Location : Mumbai

Salary: (Hike based on current salary)

Job Role:

1. Pan-India targets of the channel

2. Driving the ARMs to ensure highest productivity

3. Ensuring supply of high quality databases

4. Effective coordination with the relationship team

5. Recruitment of ARMs as per requirement

As the Acquisition Channel Manager you will be responsible to drive this channel on a PAN India basis.

The minimum threshold required to be a customer of WM is an investible surplus of Rs. 2.5 crores. Considering the profile of the target audience, the ARMs work on a very high quality database and have to also ensure that their pitch is of the highest quality.

The Wealth Management (WM) division has an Acquisition Channel consisting of Acquisition relationship managers (ARMs). The ARMs are located out of WM branches and work very closely with the WM relationship managers - their primary role being to acquire NTB customers for the WM division. The present size of the ARM team is about 20.
