Acquidoor - Entrepreneur In Residence

Acquidoor is an anonymous, secure and online marketplace for acqui-hiring and successful exits. We have built this product for the startup ecosystem and looking for passionate people who can be "Entrepreneur in residence" to make sure that we will take acquidoor to next level of awesomeness.

We recently got an incubation offer from a known startup incubator, won HRTech2015 as most innovative startup. Our advisory panel includes global business leaders and serial entrepreneurs.

You should have keen interest in tech startup ecosystem and high aptitude in tech products and business. Its a core team position.

Your Playground :

- Lead & execute the overall strategy, corporate development and venture growth.

- Manage and cultivate substantial and influential relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, angel and institutional investors.

- Sets and drives key business initiatives across the company

- Assignments will include a mix of various activities to be completed within specified timelines.

- Be a visionary with a demonstrated ability to envision the end solution and architect the actions necessary achieve that solution.

- As a member of the core team you will participate in most of the decisions and expected to add great value proposition.

Your Personality :

- Extremely strong organisational skills, with the desire to work in an environment of rapid growth and an ability to not get frustrated with last minute changes.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people.

- Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast paced environment.

- Creative problem-solver, self-starter with can do attitude.

There would be a decent equity associated along with fixed salary.
