ACME - Senior Professional - Taxation

We are looking forward for Taxation professional. With excellent knowledge in "Direct and Indirect taxation". Majorly looking for people from power and infrastructure background. People from consulting are also welcomed.

Brief on responsibility :

- He/she has excellent knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxation both.

- Adept in restructuring from conceptualization of the tax strategy through analysis of tax and regulatory implications of transactions, finally providing implementable solutions and providing assistance in implementation as well.

- Work across with indirect tax, Direct tax, transfer pricing, and audit teams to create greater value and complete solutions for the clients.

- Should have rich experience in direct tax matters (including expatriate taxation) and foreign exchange regulations with specialization in cross border transactions.
