- Full time/Executive Part time MBA (HR) from UG/AICTE University/Institute with min 8 years experience in HR as a generalist.
- She/He will be responsible for handling Talent Management including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Employee Engagement and Training.
- Should have sufficient exposure to goal setting at senior and mid level in medium sized company of atleast 300 employees.
- Proficiency in KRA setting and an understanding of Competencies
