About Us:

Acme Housing is a real estate conglomerate with interests in healthcare and education. As a part of the management team in Acme Housing, we are looking to hire post-graduates from leading business and technical schools to lead the company in the growth stage.

Position Offered: Deputy Manager / Manager (Finance)

Job Description:

- Work across cross functional teams in marketing, finance, HR etc. there will be projects assigned with specific objectives.

- The role would involve working with multiple departments and working on big ticket projects.

- The role can be best described as a Financial Analyst.

- Exposure to Business Finance, working capital estimation, Funding, Analyzing financial needs of various group companies.

Reporting: The concerned person will be reporting to the Head of the Department.

Desired Candidate:

- Any Graduate with PG or an MBA (Finance), from a premier B school.

- Ability to take initiative and work beyond the specified roles

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Should be savvy using advance excel and formulation to generate various MIS reports, related to historical and projected data.

- Also preferred is working knowledge of Tally, FSI and ready reckner with respect to Real Estate.

Location: Mumbai
