ACME - GM - International Project Finance - Solar/Renewable Projects

1. To develop fundraising strategies formulate solicitation procedure and be incharge of all capital raise (Debt and equity) for ACMEs international business portfolio in Europe , USA and Middle Eastern region in areas of Solar Power, Storage and Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia.

2. To meet fund raise requirement for ACMEs international growth plans

3. Establishing and managing relationships with investors, banks/FIs and multilateral financing institutions

4. The job will include reach out to potential universe of investors and financial institutions to familiarise them with the business opportunity and get them interested in marking investments/capital commitments

5. Selecting the right investment banks and advisors and closely work with them towards raising the required cost competitive resources in time bound manner

6. Good presentation and articulation skills, understanding of financial models, strong commercial acumen, and quick decision making abilities

7. Good internal personal and teamwork skills coordinating with and driving the internal business and commercial teams along with investors / FIs towards the common goal
