Senior Marketing Manager Engagement & Retention About the role : The "Senior Marketing Manager - Engagement & Retention" role reports into the " Associate Director- Digital Marketing " and is an integral role in the Marketing team. The core responsibilities of the role will be to: - Conceptualize and own consumer engagement plan & execute the same across all channels (e.g. e-mail, SMS, App Push etc) - Create framework for customer segments based on user behaviour - Work closely with sales team on strategies for customer acquisition and retention - Collaborate with Content and Product team to devise A/B experiments to improve performance of engagement and retention marketing - Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools. - Report metrics in comparison to goals and provide detailed monthly reporting of email,sms KPIs, campaign summaries, and analyses of A/B test cases to drive ongoing enhancements and topline sales - Stay abreast with and spearhead implementation of marketing best practices - Should be well versed with Web-engage, Clevertap etc - Manage a team to drive the goals of the business and nurture the growth of the team members within the organization.
