- Responsible for defining processes, CX and performance benchmarks
- Design, document, track and own System Development requirements and execution
- Define processes and tightly manage execution timelines
- Responsible for defining and measuring CX and business performance metrics for the BU
- Liaise with legal, marketing, underwriting, and finance teams to close loop processes
- Work with Business Head to manage internal audit and compliance requirements
- Responsible for process excellence and business development related items
Preferred Qualification and Experience
- MBA from top tier B School with 3-5 years- work experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Eye for detail and vigorous approach to problem-solving
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Execution focused
- Demonstrated program management experience. Fintech experience would be an advantage
