About The Team And The Role : We are looking for an impact hungry, hard working Growth Manager for the Auto Insurance vertical. You will be a part of a fast-moving entrepreneurial unit working on non-linear growth ideas and will hold a central position that allows you to work on cross-functional projects with all business teams ranging product, marketing, consumer experience, contact center (pre-sales), pricing, operations and claims. Your Responsibilities: - Design and execute cross-sell strategies to sell more products to our existing product base to increase LTV - Design and execute strategies to increase customer engagement with Acko to drive app downloads and increase trust - Design and drive product and marketing strategies to more top of the funnel for auto insurance - Analyse data to monitor the impact of the performance and uncover impact and areas of improvement Requirements : - 5-7 years of experience in consumer tech startup/s (experience in FinTech will be a plus) - Have successfully worked on cross-sell/customer life cycle management projects - Skilled at breaking down complicated problems into easy to solve simpler pieces - Ability to derive insights, recommendations from consumer feedback - Comfortable with a very transparent feedback driven work environment
