The Company Culture and Engagement team is on a mission to embed our recently launched Culture Code in the day to day lives of ackers. We think deeply about culture and draw upon learning and development, data stats and communications to understand acker experience and build culture engagements that are both transformational and sustainable. As a critical member of the Culture and Engagement Team, this role will help drive culture strategy, build programs and execute on initiatives for the organization. What will you do: - Develop strategies to successfully scale our culture code with a strategic approach to employee engagement and internal communications. - Analyze culture data collected through our engagement surveys and other culture relevant feedback, and develop interventions aimed at addressing culture "hot spots." - Facilitate culture related off-sites to further shift mindset and behavior - Program manage culture initiatives to ensure that our culture transformation maintains momentum - Engage in planning for a variety of internal and external events to bring visibility and learning to ackers. - Partner and collaborate with our learning and development team to create learning paths directly tied to living our Culture Code - Partner and collaborate with our Culture and Diversity & Inclusion communications lead to build relevant culture communications Requirements: - A self-driven individual with 8+ years of experience - Five years or equivalent of relevant work experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational and learning development - Experience managing programs with strong organizational and written skills - Excellent team and group facilitation skills - Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and make summary recommendations - Strategic and creative thinking to help shape culture strategy - Experience in diversity and inclusion a plus
