Acko - Business Analyst - IIT/BITS

What will you do at Acko - 

- Own the Auto business plan numbers across demand, marketing and operations

- Enable business decision making through metrics review and business performance analysis

- Own and drive some of the key productivity and efficiency initiatives (involves working cross functional)

- Build the business metrics and weekly/fortnightly dashboards for review

- Set up and manage the performance review structure

- Liaison with the central data team to build automated performance reports

- Work with product team to solve for data capture dependencies to enable dashboards/reports

- Build actionable insights and identify trends and patterns in performance

What we are looking for:

- Bachelors degree from Tier 1 colleges - (IIT/BITS)

- 1-2 years of experience (background of startup/analytics a plus). Fresher with potential can be considered.

- Ability to structure problems in an evolving environment and a good problem solver and quick learner

- Go getter attitude with creative lateral thinking abilities and an entrepreneurial drive to excel

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.

- Toolkit - Advanced MS excel skills (+SQL/R/experience working with Visualization tools like Tableau is a plus)
