Risk & Control managers are responsible for: - Developing the risk management mechanisms, to identify, assess, monitor, measure and control a broad spectrum of risks. - Establish effective Risk Management framework / policy - Ensuring the balance of expectations of the Board, Mgt and Process Heads. Responsibilities: The following are the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list: - Support in drafting risks and controls metrics (RCM) for all key functions of the company. - Support in functioning of Risk Management Committees I.e. Outsourcing Committee, Fraud Management Committee, and Risk & Asset Liability Management Committee. Compile data / information for the risk management committees. Support in preparing minutes and notes of all risk meetings - Conducting Risk Reviews as per management request. - Maintain and manage Risk documents (Register, incident, absorption etc.) at Org level and continuous updation. - Documenting and preparing process notes / flow chart / diagram. - Support in Risk Incidence Management: Understanding Incidence, Root Cause Analysis, Additional Controls Buildup; Tracking, Documentation, Reporting, etc - Track of change in Regulations and Business Environment and impact assessment - Other incidental work relating to Risk and Control function Interpersonal Skills: - Ability to handle relationship with multiple stakeholders - Learning aptitude - Team Worker - 'Risk and Control' thought process - Excellent written and verbal communication - Analytical skills Experience: - 3+ years of experience in Risk/ Internal Audit - Experience in Insurance / BFSI / Fintech startup / Big Four Education & Skill Required : - FRM/ DIRM/ AIII / FIII / Certification in Risk / Fraud or equivalent - MBA/ CA/ Actuarial Education & Skill Desired : CFE, ISO 27001, CIA, CISA
