Domain Leader - Minimum 15 years of experience working in financial services in the domains of and/or insurance, banking, capital markets - Should have a master's degree (M. Com) or MBA- Finance or professional qualification such as CA - Excellent communication skills to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level. - Provide industry insights and market practices in designing solutions to meet regulatory requirements in line with existing business processes and systems - Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, planning, process advisory and project budgets - Guide team in development of actionable solutions and creation of deliverables that effectively communicate the findings and recommendations - Prior experience in accounting and finance, risk management and related departments is preferred - Previous experience in managing or participating in large scale system implementations is preferred
