Assistant Manager - Quality
Key Responsibilities (i.e. Deliverables, preferably upto 5) :
- Train technician on shop floor for quality products.
- Assure quality flow well executed in assembly stages
- CAPA for issues reported from the market.
- Conduct FAT with the customers (Domestic / Export ) to get the acceptance before delivery.
- Study URS of each machine - to complete customer compliance.
- Work with Design for Chipless assembly of the machine.
- Machine Inspection knowledge
Key Customers Served (Internal and External) - Both
Key Activities To Be Performed (for fulfilling the responsibilities and meeting customer expectations) :
- Launching new products after thorough validation and field trial.
- Training to customers, service engineers, and non-technical staff.
- Technical support to marketing/ customers/ service engineers.
- Stabilization of existing products in the field.
- Modernization of quality assurance department.
- Trials with formulations requiring major modification of formula / machine design.
- Documentation of QA analysis
Key Competencies Required :
Functional :
- Technically competent and proficient at understanding machines
- Well versed with productivity & quality improvement concepts like TQM, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.
- Strong Business Acumen
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of MS office applications and should be well versed with the SAP.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience :
Qualifications : BE M Tech
Experience : 10-12 years of which the incumbent should have atleast 7-8 years work experience in heading QA operations.
Industry : Capital Equipment (preferably Pharma Machinery)
