Lead - Manufacturing Science & Technology - New Products Engineering

Base Location - Dahanu (130 km from Mumbai)

Education qualifications - BE/BTech in Polymer Technology/Polymer Science/Chemical Engg;

Preferred - MTech in Polymer Technology

- The role holder would lead a global profile of MSAT - Lead, and would be primarily responsible for the new product and batch trials, and ensuring the batch is ready for successful commercial production.

- Plan commercialization of new products to increase business in form of product categories and revenue

- Plan product trials and prepare protocols to improve quality of the existing products

- Plan machine modifications for improving productivity of the new products along with various stakeholder

- Implementation and planning of various trial of new product to improve quality

- Plan and implements the various New design pin bars trials as per the protocol

- Ensure manufacturing and maintaining the new product stock as per the approve list

- Work closely with R&D team for resolving the initial challenges after technology transfer

- Collaborate with Technology Transfer, Sales and Product Management team for new projects requirements for future sustainability

- The candidate should have the understanding of the machines, polymers and raw materials. Should have the expertise to understand the requirements coming from R&D and Product Management teams. Visualize and get the required implementations done by the team.
