Roles and Responsibilities

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure seamless customer interactions throughout the customer journey.

Collections

- Establish processes to ensure timely collection of receivables

- Manage relationships with bankers to ensure timely project approvals and loan disbursements

Customer Service & Grievances Handling:

- Responsible for giving a great customer experience from the Booking to the Handover stage

- Communication with the customers about project progress

- Conducting customer service feedback and improvements to the customer service process

- Recording and resolving customer grievances in a timely manner

Modifications-related services

- Maintaining modification requests and ensuring that approved requests are carried out at the site;

- Coordinating with Engineering for the timely execution of approved requests

Registrations

- Guide the customer through the sale deed, and payment of stamp duty, and coordinate with the legal team for registrations

Handovers

- Inspecting homes and preparing them for handover without defects

- Coordinate with site personnel for flat handover and ensure update of all records of the customers;

- Ensuring Satisfactory levels of customers during handovers;

MIS Preparation and Data Handling

- Preparing collection periodical MIS reports;

- Maintaining all customer records - Identification proofs, contact details, agreement copies, demands and receipts, modifications, etc;

Referral Sales - Working closely with sales and marketing to increase referral sales

Desired Candidate Profile

- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Management);

- Minimum of 6 to 10+ years of experience in the Real Estate Construction industry with a focus on post-sales and customer relationship management;

- Strong understanding of post-sales processes, agreement preparation, demand note generation, and other related activities;

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and managing data;

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in Telugu;

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups;

- Knowledge of the real estate regulatory environment and legal procedures related to property transactions;

- Experience with managing customer expectations and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner;

- Should have handled large projects;

- Must have managed multiple projects together;
