Position- Co-Founder- Digital Marketing - Equity/ Investment based/ Rev share position

Profile Description:

- Must have Min 5+ years of experience in overall Digital strategy:

Sound technical knowledge of Digital Marketing- Digital Marketing Strategy -Performance marketing, SEO, SEM-Google Ads, PPC, Meta ads, Linkedin Ads and other platforms, Social Media Marketing- design and content management exposure is a must.

- Sound experience in preparing Pitch decks for client acquisition.

- Experience with Digital Marketing agencies- New account/ business development experience a must

- He/ She should understand project requirements and prepare high- level proposals, pre- sales discussions, negotiation, closing a deal

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients with a consultative approach.

- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, ability to assess problems and produce practical solutions

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Education and Background :

- Digital Marketing Agency background is a must.

- Exposure to SEO and Performance marketing tools and campaign models a must.

- Must be a Graduate/ PG MBA from premier schools

- Technical and relevant skills and qualifications in digital marketing/ tech domains will be an added advantage
