Job Title - Manager/Senior Manager - Valuations

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

- Part of a Valuation team from a Big 4 or top consulting firms

- Complete understanding of business / IP / start up valuation through various methods

- Complete understanding of conducting valuation research

- Exposure to valuation / loss computation for arbitration and litigation matters

- Understanding of corporate finance (deal advisory, diligence, restructuring etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Preparation of valuation models and financial analysis

- Complete responsibility for execution of engagements

- Supporting engagement execution and business development initiatives, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time

- Managing and training Analysts/Associates

- Identifying and developing business opportunities with seniors

REQUIREMENTS :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in an Investment Banking firm /Corporate Finance team of a Big 4 accounting firm / PE Firm / CEO's office role

- CA or MBA in Finance

- Excellent MS Office skills

- Strong analytical and accounting skills

- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
