ACCUMED - Product Manager - Healthcare Domain

The Product Manager is will be responsible for the whole product lifecycle and his duties encompasses:

- Gathering the product requirements.

- Conducting the requirements analysis.

- Defining the product scope.

- Working with team to select the right architecture and frameworks.

- Overseeing the product development.

- Overseeing the product testing.

- Managing the product releases.

- Presenting the product to both internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases.

- Completely oversee and manage the software development lifecycle.

- Manage the development process and the team members to ensure a quick and efficient product launch.

- Develop a complete product requirements document.

- Work on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.

- Responsible for product launch and release plans.

- Develop and deliver meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences.

- Work with Training team to develop product training plan.

- Act as a product champion within the company

- Keep products current with changing technologies.

- Prepare status report on the progress of the projects.

Job Requirements:

- Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC

- Experience in developing solution for the healthcare sector is a must.

- 5+ years experience in a similar position.

- Knowledge of modern web development frameworks such as Angular and React.

- Deep understanding of databases and cloud infrastructure.

- Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining software products.

- Ability to work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.

- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication.

- Team player attitude is mandatory.

- Project management skills are essential.
