Job Description :
- Finance professional preferably a Chartered Accountant with demonstrated expertise in US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain, creating business deals, raising capital, term sheet negotiations, transaction structuring, due diligence, legal documentation and post-closing integration, cross border M&A, Private Equity syndication and strategic consulting.
- Rich experience in the legal, compliance and regulatory framework across United States and India, liability and risk management, hedging, taxation, ESOPs, treasury and financial reporting under US and Indian GAAP.
- Strategic Initiatives : Identify potential US market for growth, work with global bankers, structure and negotiate inorganic growth opportunities, lead due-diligence processes, draft transaction documents and meet timely closure.
- Client Acquisitions : Lead Go-to-market strategy, participate in onshore conferences, client presentations and negotiate SLA's and pricing contracts.
- Mergers / Integration: Successfully lead acquisitions, lead integration management office taking several initiatives globally to integrate business operations and processes across the group.
- Proven track record of transaction execution, business development, management consulting, strategy formulation, and managing CXO level relationships, supporting CEO in effective decision making and share the load and maintain control of process.
- Budgeting and Planning : Prepare monthly and annual revenue and cost budget. Monitor key performance indicators, variances and results of implemented business strategies to mitigate risks and establish process controls and conduct regular review of the Profit and Loss (P and L) and business level review.
- Board Reporting : Present and drive options for Board level decisions on key strategic matters including capital structure, Dividend and Bonus pay out, fund raising, offshore & onshore Expansion, and closure of non-profitable business divisions.
- Contracting: Manage negotiations and drafting of high value business contracts including Service Agreements with Clients, Investor LOI, term sheets and SPA, critical vendors and long term lease contracts as well as alliance partner agreements.
- Competitive mapping : Monitor competition, collect and analyze market intelligence and evolve functional strategies for services roll-outs.
- Drive new initiatives : Responsible to drive implementation of key initiatives for growth, customer experience, operational effectiveness and Change Management.
