Financial Controller

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Set up a culture of financial discipline - building smart processes for business routines. Align financial strategy with the business objectives.

- Set SOPs in accounting and have experience in taxation, compliance, Business finance, forecasting, budgeting, cost-saving ideas, projections for financial funding and MIS, Corporate Governance, TDS, GST payment, reconciliation, and annual reporting plan.

- End to end accounting, Tally, TDS returns, GST returns, PF, PT, ESI compliance Auditing, Taxation, Payroll processing, ROC returns

- Set up finance processes, and resources and manage day-to-day accounting, including coordination with stakeholders, external advisors, and bankers.

- Strong communication, analytical, and commercial acumen Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

- The full responsibility of preparing and managing the Balance sheet and P&L Manage and guiding external partners who help with our tax/audit requirements. Manage all statutory and external audits in a timely manner.

- Exhibit due diligence and support during the fundraising process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- CA / CA Final with good experience

- Prior experience in due diligence is a plus

- Need to be based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore
