Essentials:

- SPOC for all reporting needs of US based parent company

- Prepare/ Develop necessary financial reporting templates for use of both onshore and offshore stakeholder/ business leaders.

- Prepare annual/ quarterly budgets for India ops (business-wise)

- Ability to partner with multiple leaders/ senior leaders at both onshore and offshore location to get inputs necessary to prepare budgets.

- Tracking and maintaining actual vs. budgeted spend for each business and overall organization with commentary.

- Rolling forecasts of estimated financial performance- cost side.

- Tracking payroll and non-payroll costs and initiate dialogues with relevant CoE leader for any unexplained deviations.

- Implementing robust systems to facilitate real time information (MIS) for decision making.

- Monthly financial performance reports to each CoE Leader

- Develop, publish and maintain reporting calendar for both onshore and offshore reports.

- Support ad-hoc and need based reporting requirements of Finance department.

Job Specifications:

- Commerce Graduate (only regular) with good academic scores (Score of 60% and above)

- M.Com.(full-time)/ MBA(Finance-full time)/ ICWA/ CFA.

- Excellent Communication Skills (both written & verbal)

- Excellent command on MS-Office (particularly Excel and MS-PowerPoint)

- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Finance department of a service organization, preferably in IT/ ITeS industry (BPO/ KPO)

- Must have worked in MIS and Budgeting role for at least 4 years.

- Result-oriented and knack for details.
