The role holder will be responsible for training the band A employees on soft skills trainings. Will be required to train for min 15 days a month and work in shifts across both the locations.
Desirables:
- To organize training nominations, logistics, track training details, share feedback and update on trainings delivered
- Capable of handling multiple assignments/processes through planning / Organizing / Prioritizing skills
- Conduct TNI for the Band A employees and customize the training content.
- Managing a good feedback for the trainings conducted for the new hired/ band A employees
- Create and adhere to the training schedule. Track per person training days.
- Create an impact via the batches conducted and ensure above average feedback for each batch
- Person should have a pleasant personality, good communication & presentation skills.
- Should be willing to support other trainers to come up the learning curve.
Required Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Training & Development, or related field; Healthcare experience preferred
- 2-5 years demonstrated success in training program development and delivery (both classroom and distance learning)
- Experience in developing curriculum and learning paths
- Proven ability to quickly grasp technology, configuration and business operations in the healthcare industry
- Person should be comfortable to work in 24- 7 Work Environment (Shift Timings : 6PM to 3AM) -
