Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operations planning to ensure effective and accurate delivery under the blended shore model- meeting/ exceeding productivity, quality and SLAs
- Managing labor and non-labor reporting for the process
- Implementation and maintenance of revenue scorecards and complex financial models
- Ability to perform financial analysis using advanced excel and MS-Access
- Identification of development & training needs of the team
- Responsible for managing the attrition levels within the specified limits
- Conduct regular performance evaluation and measurement of team members including attending to growth & development needs of the team members
- Lead & manage both vertical & horizontal process expansions
- Lead and manage the Transitions and Knowledge Transfers related to the process
- Responsible for multiple Client management and customer satisfaction
- Initiate/Implement process improvements initiatives
- Hiring the right resources for the process
Critical to success
- 5-7 years of total work experience required in BPO/KPO/ITES industry.
- US healthcare experience (2-3 Years) is a preference.
- Must have directly handled span of at least 25-35 FTE
- Should be in AM or TL role at present
- Strong on communication, data management & presentation aspects
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must.
- Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
- Must be well versed with MS-Office tools – MS-Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Exposure to Quality tools – Six Sigma/Lean
- Should be a Graduate in Commerce/Statistics/Math/Economics (Full Time)
- Post Graduation in any stream could be an addition to academic aspect.
