Accounts Receivable Role - Manufacturing/BFS - CA

- Responsible for the effective and efficient workflow and performance of the Accounts Receivable function

- To provide a high-level of Accounts Receivable service, ensuring revenues are applied and reconciled accurately and efficiently.

- Adhoc analysis, project work a in relation to Accounts Receivable Operation

- Ensure adherence to the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Internal standards

- Preparing MIS reports to be shared with top management on weekly basis

- Preparing of Audit Schedules, Forex exposure reports in relation to accounts Receivable

- Responsible for Month End closing of accounts

- Assisting top management weekly with review of revenue status and accurate ageing reports of Debtors

- Responsible for ensuring daily banking and reconciliations of customer receipts.

- Tracking payments from debtors and follow up in case of mismatch and Non-payments

- Working closely with onshore for reconciliation of statement of accounts (SOA) & ensuring timely remittance

- Post CA Qualification Minimum 2 Years -4 Years Experience mandatory
