Accounts Receivable Manager - CA

We have urgent opening for Accounts Receivable Manager for Bangalore- Koramangala location and interviews are on coming Saturday 2nd April 2022.

Job Description

1. CA final Mandatory.

2. Five plus years of experience in progressive accounting roles with a focus on billing and operations.

3. Proven analytical skills and ability to liaise with operational, sales and customer personnel at both the staff and management level.

4. Demonstrated experience working with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Contract review to prepare invoice schedule and work with sales/customers to obtain purchase orders and required invoice delivery method.

2. Invoicing as per GST norms

3. TDS Reconciliation with books and 26AS on a quarterly basis

4. Timely and accurate invoicing customers based on terms of contracts.

5. Interface with various operational personnel to capture and aggregate variable data points for volume-based billing.

6. Obtain third-party agreements to ensure fees are invoiced and underlying expenses are recorded appropriately.

7. Cash application, collections, and forecasting.

8. Leverage customer contract and sales to obtain key information required to invoice/ collections.

9. Independently investigate and reconcile cash discrepancies as they arise working with operational payment processing team accountant.

10. Payment Follow Up

11. Recording Bank Receipt Entries

12. Other AR Related Activates (CUSTOMER CREATION, MODIFICATIONS ETC)

13. Performing Account Reconciliation

14. Investigating and Resolving any irregularities Or Enquiries

15. Assisting in General Financial Management and Analysis

16. Preparing Cheques, Keeping Track and Sending them timely for collection
