Manager – Accounts Receivable

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: CA -5+yrs

Shift: 4:00pm to 1:00AM

Job Description:

1. Ensuring accuracy of O2C (order to cash) work done by the team supporting & financial teams activities (eg: Monthly Provision Entries, Sales Order Entry, Reconciliation of Receivables, Review of Exports documents etc.) by reviewing transactions at high level, ensuring SOX Compliance. 

2. Supervise and co-ordinate the work of the team members and the Team Leaders aligned 

3. Ensure delivery of work as per agreed service delivery metrics 

4. Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per agreed parameters 

5. Respond and resolve all issues relating to people management 

6. Provide inputs for performance appraisals and training need identification. 

7. Responsible for coaching and mentoring Team Leaders thereby maintaining high standards of performance within of performance of each associate within the team 
 
Candidate Details: Must be a CA working with a Multinational company into AP,AR. GL, willing to take up a role Accounts Receivable Manager
