Accounts Payable - Pharma

Medplus is into retail pharma chain with more than 1050 outlets across India with 700 crores of turn over and 6000 employees. We are looking for suitable candidates for few open positions in Finance dept.

Executive- Accounts payable

1. Handling of Trade and Non Trade Payables

2. Maintenance of vendor agreement copies along with updated terms and conditions

3. Responsible for identifying and implementing a plan to resolve all discrepancies that arise in the payment process

4. Track of Work orders/purchase orders should be maintained.

5. Regular Payments for expenses with all proper documents and supporting

6. Payment of different types of advances and its regular follow up

7. Regular MIS reports preparation as per requirement of the Management.
