Accounts Manager - Real Estate - CA

Qualification &Experience: Chartered Accountant with Minimum 2-5 Years (Post Qualification)

A Candidate from the same industry i.e. Construction/Civil Contractor/Real Estate/ Infrastructure; will be given preference.

- Accounting & Commercial

- Finalization of accounts, divisional & project accounting.

- Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors

- Tax audit details preparation

- Computerized accounting.

- Debtors' management and credit control.

- Accounting Standards and their implementation.

- Having some exposure relating to contract commercial, drafting of agreement and dispute resolutions etc.

- Taxation

- Ensure the Compliance of applicable provisions of Income Tax, GST and TDS :

- Calculation & depositing of GST on monthly basis.

- Preparation & filing of GST returns on monthly intervals.

- Reconciliation of GSTR 1 and GSTR 2 on monthly basis.

- Issuance and Collection of TDS forms.

- Other work related to GST & TDS, it includes Tax Deduction , Timely deposit of tax deducted, Timely Filling of Returns, timely issuing of certificate, monthly compliance report etc.

- Hand on experience to deal with tax authorities for assessments and appeals.

- Finance

- Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, working capital and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.

- Procurement of different lines of credit and arranging guarantees from Financial Institutions.

- Liaisoning with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, Mutual Funds, etc.

- Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
