Manager Accounts (Order To Cash)


Our client is a Tier 1 Global MNC into Consumer segment, the client is based in Mumbai Suburban District. The client is a well renowned name into the FMCG industry and a market leader.

Position - Manager Accounts (O2C)

Role - IC

Education - CA is Must.

- Candidates having Global Stakeholder management are suitable for this job profile. The profile requires day - today's interaction with the Global Stakeholders.

- Working exposure of International Accounting Standards (IFRS).

- The Accounting Manager OTC will be responsible for end-to-end Order to Cash Finance process.


- This role is a key leader within the order to cash (O2C) team supporting the Global businesses to achieve their strategy. The role includes end to end reporting, processes and compliance across the O2C cycle and to support key cash decisions for the company by providing insight in future cash movements in the O2C cycle.

- Monitor and manage the credit portfolio, including reviewing and updating credit limits, conducting periodic credit reviews, and mitigating credit risks.

Reporting:

- Ensure robust and timely reporting of performance across all aspects of the O2C cycle.

- To create predictability of long, medium and short term cashflows in order to facilitate effective liquidity management.

- Create and maintain meaningful KPIs and metrics across the O2C cycle (e.g. Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), WIP days).

- Ensure dashboards and metrics are in place to measure performance of offshore collections team.

- Responsible for continuous improvement in reporting of the O2C performance.

- Reporting and compliance with global KPIs. Preparing performance reports for local management

- Ensuring timely Follow-up of claims with customers, Forecast of collection and cash flow planning

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering:

- Interacting with other stakeholders e.g. Sales team and customers from internal and external audits.

- Also, must be in constant communication with the customer to clarify disputes. Maintain constant communication with other related areas (Sales Controlling, Customer Service, Taxes, Accounting, etc). Analyst must have communication skills, mainly to interact to with external customers directly and resolve problems related with collection.

- Role requires managing stakeholders within the Division and business partnering while working closely with external auditors etc.

Processes:

- Leading and/or participating in process and system improvement initiatives in collaboration with other Finance leadership.

- Reviewing and analyzing current end-to-end processes in order to recommend, secure leadership agreement and implement further improvements and standardization.
