Accounts Manager - Manufacturing

Leading the F&A function & reporting to Plant head. The role involves the entire gamut of financial, commercial and accounting activities, including :

Preparing annual budgets, and exercising budgetary control for the plant

Managing the working capital. & Liaison with banks for limits.

Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and take appropriate actions based on the forecast

Ensuring timely assessment and filing of taxes

Effective implementation and monitoring for Corporate Governance

Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance Billings, receivables & cash management.

Capital expenditure & business acquisition evaluation

Design, implement and maintain internal controls to minimize risks and as recommended by external auditors

Undertake projects having financial impact including due deligince etc.

Handle company tax issues and liaison with tax agents and/or authorities.

Liaison with external auditors for the annual audits
