Accounts Manager - IT/ITES

Job title: Manager – Accounts

Reporting to: Sr. Manager - Finance

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 5 to 7yrs

Position brief: To manage the General Ledger, audit, group reporting function by adhering to the defined standards and accounting guidelines as per local GAAP and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Close the books on accounts on the monthly basis within the due date, with details of bifurcation. (SEZ/STPI, IT/ITES). Complying with the accounting standards and guidelines as per the local GAAP.

- Ensure that the provisions for expenses are made and to check the movement on month on month by analyzing the accounts.

- Analyse the income accrual and variance.

- Ensure that all the statutory payments like TDS, Advance Tax, PF, ESI etc, are complied within the due date.

- Prepare complete permanent supervision of GL controls by adhering to the internal control and audit requirement. Liasioning with auditors and tax advisors.

- Review existing processes and controls for adequacy and implement the required processes as per the internal audit / control requirement

- Ensure that the financials are prepared as per the group reporting norms and published within the due dates.

- Ensure that the schedules are prepared prior to the commencement of audit with proper narration and analysis.

- To be an interface between the AP and AR team by helping and guiding them in their day to day activities.
