Accounts Manager - Finance

1. ICWAI/MBA qualification.

2. 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

5. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

1. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with other departments.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance against the budget.

- Provide forecasts and financial projections to guide business decisions.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

- Manage credit control and collections.

4. Tax Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations.

- Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.

- Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as necessary.

5. Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

- Provide recommendations for cost control and revenue enhancement.

- Support decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.

6. Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

7. Team Management:

- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the team's performance and development.
