Accounts Head (CA Qualified Mandatory)

Qualified CA with Age criteria (Person should not be above 50 years)

Role : Accounts Head

Location : West Bengal

- Need people from manufacturing industry preferably Steel industry with prior experience of heading the function with big set up, knowledge in SAP, MS Excel.

- Person should be well aware of the Cost Concepts, Profitability Contribution, Calculations.

- Must be very strong with Excel, MIS and SAP

- Should have handled the business volume of more than 1500 crores.

- Outstation Candidates should be ready to relocate with family if selected.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting and oversee all financial accounting.

- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the MD; assess any changes necessary.

- Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process ; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep MD abreast of the organizations financial status.

- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.

- Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.

- Recommend updates to and implement all approved business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance departments overall policy and procedure manual.

- Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the MD.

- To coordinate and handle all Statutory compliances of the company including VAT/GST/, TDS, ESI, PF,ROC etc.
