Accounts & Finance Role - Product Development Firm

We are Hiring for Accounts & Finance for one of our product development clients.

Job Description:

Accounting and Finance

- Handling Global payroll- Timely and accurate salary disbursements, payroll accounting, liaising with outsourced payroll vendors for monthly payrolls, forms 16 for employees, employee exit management, maintain monthly schedules and reconciliations, ensuring compliances with local laws.

- Financial planning and analysis - Assist in preparation of annual budgets, updating and assessing the budgets on monthly basis, variance analysis for budget to actuals, rolling forecasts.

- Commission accounting - Preparing workings and accounting for commissions payable to sales personnel as per approved compensation plans, ensuring accounting is line with various accounting guidance's IGAAP, USGAAP, IFRS as applicable.

- Intercompany accounting - Preparing intercompany workings and reconciliations, monthly invoices and intercompany eliminations.

- Ensuring and assisting in local law compliances - TDS, GST refunds and filings, Internal controls (ICOFR), companies act and other regional local laws.

- Treasury functions - Liaising with bankers, assessing weekly global cash position and managing excess funds available at each locations.

- Accounts payable - Assisting in managing accounts payable processes, purchase order creations etc.

MIS and Reporting:

- Monthly updations of management information statement

- Assist in quarter and year end closings

- Assist in preparing monthly / quarterly financial reporting packages

Skill sets and experience:

- Experience of working in any ERP accounting packages

- Book keeping accountancy

- B.Com/ M.Com / MBA in finance/ Inter-CA - experience / relevant experience of 5 years and above (Specific industry experience not required)

- Well versed and good command on MS office

- Excellent communication skills
