Accounts & Finance Role - Infrastructure

Looking for candidates from Infrastructure space. Currently based in Mumbai only.

CTC max 16 Lacs

Summary of the Role:

- Reporting in IFRS / INDAS and IGAAP

- Review of FS and Audit as per reporting period.

- Effective financial controls under IFC and SOX

- Compliance as per Companies Act.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Monthly closing of accounts in Microsoft D365 and Consolidation under IFRS in COGNOS.

- Review of Monthly and Quarterly Reporting to Consolidation Team under IFRS.

- Review of FS under IFRS / US GAAP, IGAAP and Ind AS for all existing and new entities and complete the Statutory Audit in time.

- Complete the Group Audit under IFRS in time.

- Periodic Monthly/Quarterly financial statements for the lenders and for Valuation under Indian GAAP.

- Responsible for effective internal financial controls as per RCM.

- Responsible for effective financial controls under SOX.

- Review of Memos for accounting positions in IGAAP and IFRS.

- Preparation of Acquisition Memo under IFRS.

- Responsible for Fund Accounting (AIF / InvIT).
