We have an urgent requirement for Accounts development manager with leading E - Commerce company.
Job responsibilities :
This is a sales development role. Person will be responsible for developing a set of enterprise clients
Grow business and manage relationship with existing clients
- Grow business from existing clients
- Drive engagement with middle management in client organizations
- Ensure resolution of all client issues / concerns and drive customer satisfaction
Support National Account Manager in development of new business by writing proposals, responding to RFQs and developing other collateral
Reporting to : National accounts manager
Qualifications :
Education :
- Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE)
- Min 65% marks through out
Years of experience : 2-3
Professional attributes :
- Prior sales support / pre-sales experience (applies to Type 1 background)
Personal attributes :
- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to manage existing client relationships.
- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements, design solutions for them and also support in creating pitch documents / responding to RFQs
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
Salary range: 8 - 13 LPA
