Accounts and Auditing Manager - Our client is a leading company in the Manufacturing Segment. - Seeking Accounts and Taxation Manager to be based in Pune - Candidate with CA qualification with 8-15 years post Qualification exp preferred - Experience in leading whole of accounting team (4-5 FTE) for minimum of 3yrs - Responsible of overall accounting, taxation and audits of the legal entity - Responsible to lead a team of financial accountants and ensure appropriate closure of books of accounts on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis - Prepare accurate Financial Accounting Reports for Group Reporting - Assist in the Budgeting & Forecasting Process - Lead and ensure completion of various audits (Statutory, Internal &Tax) - Responsible for all tax(direct & indirect) compliances of the organisation - Ensure accurate Financial accounting processes for all aspects of Plant accounting - Report and explain all variances in the financial accounting reports on a monthly basis - Drive automation in the Financial accounting processes - Sound technical skills in accounting, auditing and taxation - Working Experience in SAP Environment is a must - Conversant with advanced use of MS Excel incl Macros - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the Organization.
