Accounting Specialist - Consulting Firm

The person is central to key accounting activities of the company.

He/She is the point person for activities surrounding fixed assets, accounting, auditing, and intercompany transaction and reconciliation.

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Accounting - Managing the month end closing activities of the company, preparation of monthly GL schedules, prepaid amortisation, processing month end accruals and intercompany entries.

- Intercompany transactions - Preparation of Intercompany reconciliation of GLs and Invoices on a monthly basis. Aging analysis and timely payment of intercompany transactions

- Budgeting, Analysis and reporting - Preparation of MIS of actual expenses and comparison with budgets and variance analysis.
