Accounting Lead - Inter-Company
Total Exp : 12 - 15 Years
- Degree in Business or Accounting Field
- Five years of relevant supervisory experience
- Ability to establish and manage processes and related internal controls
- Experience working across various jurisdictions (multistate and/or multinational)
- Works independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the inter-company process and related accounting activities
- Familiarity with an outsourced inter-company provider environment
- Ability to manage teams working in various locations / remotely
- Experience with managing service level agreements and related compliance monitoring
- Develops and maintains accounting policies and procedure documentation for inter-company accounting activities
- Responsible for ensuring the internal controls (SOX) over inter-company accounting are designed and operating effectively
- Manages the contractual scope, compliance and overall relationship with staff supporting the inter-company accounting activities at the Company's outsourced accounting provider
- Oversees the accounting for staff costs payable (accruals) associated with employee payments and benefits, including the related monthly and quarterly reconciliations
-Supports global consolidated and local statutory financial statement audit requirements
