Accounting Controller - FMCG/Mfg

Our client is a manufacturer with leading brands and technologies in home care, beauty care and laundry products.

Reporting into the Regional CFO , your role will be critical to India’s position in the region.. You will be required to closely liaise with the management at a global level to plan and execute the second level expansion in India. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead formulation and roll-out of a long-term business plan focusing on annual operations and new additions
Capturing financial information for the group entities pan-India and provide accurate and timely reporting to the management thus facilitating a sound business strategy and insightful decision making

- Implementation of the financial plans and internal controls in close coordination with important stakeholders
outside finance

- Driving the monthly business reviews with the businesses to track the performance against the targets, risk assessment, pricing decisions

- You are a qualified CA with 10+ years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- You will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and be a strong team organizer
