Accountant - Reporting & Taxation

- Day today compliance of Direct tax laws, filing returns, internal communication, handling litigation.

- Preparing and following up segment profitability.

- Ensure Compliances to Transfer pricing norms are followed.

- Review the business transactions from time to time for compliance of Income tax, transfer pricing regulations.

- Review the payroll and personnel claims transaction for compliance of Income tax law.

- Calculation of quarterly advance tax, TDS and ensure timely payment.

- Compilation of details for preparation of tax return, tax audit report, transfer pricing audit.

- Support business for timely collection of TDS certificates.

- Compliance to accounting norms such as ICDS.

- Follow-up and checking of tax accounting and corrective actions. Preparing assessment file.

- Following the changes happening in the tax laws and update in SAP and sharing the knowledge.

- Analysis of financials and preparing reports for tax compliances.

- Ensure that financial information is in compliance with corporate accounting manual, local guidelines and legislation and directives. Handling compliances of Direct taxes and litigations pending at various authorities

- Sap experience is must

Domain : manufacturing /OIL & gas /Engineering is mandate

Qualification :

Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

Desired Skills :

- Above average knowledge about Direct tax, transfer pricing, withholding tax compliance.

- Knowledge of SAP processes relating Finance and Controlling, tax codes and tax accounting.

- Financial Knowledge, Business process, Internal Controls and Audit processes.

- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.

- Reporting, analyzing and problem solving skills.

- Communication and presentation skills.

- Change management.
