KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.The candidate will be responsible for selling Lubricants & metalworking fluid, Synthetic base oil, Antioxidants, Esters, Preservatives(Biocide & fungicides), extreme pressure additive, rust preventive additive, grease additive, Gear oil additive, Hydraulic oil additive etc.
2.The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for West, South & North Region.
3.Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
4.Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
5.Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
6.Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Sales Manager.
7.Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.
8.Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
