Account Specialist - GAAP & IFRS - CA/ICWA - IT

Hiring For a CMMI Level-5 Company

Qualification: CA/ICWA

Exp: 1-3 years

JD:

Be good in accounting concepts and have a basic understanding of US GAAP/IFRS.

Have reasonable exposure to the GL accounting & reconciliations includes Accruals, Deferrals, Prepaid and deliver on P&L, BS recons, Monthly/period close activities.

Manage & take ownership of Accounting, Reporting and Analytics on a daily/monthly basis.

Ensure and maintain compliance with the applicable policies, procedures and .internal controls, both at Operational and Process level for Accenture entities.

Manage customer queries and should have a flair to problem solving and adaptability.

Pro-actively engage with finance group and Accenture programs or initiatives.

Knowledge in Billing, Fixed Assets Accounting, SAP, Blackline Tool will be an added advantage

Must have a good knowledge in accounting concepts (good understanding of Standards, US GAAP (Theoretical knowledge is a must), IGAAP/IFRS).

Should have RTR, GL, Closing and reporting experience

Candidates must have good communication skills (to converse with international stakeholders)
